Customer Service is More Fun in the Philippines

call center, customer support, customer support philippines, call centre, customer serviceFor those in the know, the Philippine Tourism Department recently came out with an advertising campaign entitled “It’s More Fun in the Philippines”. The slogan, in particular, became the talk of the social media town, with mixed comments and countless (humorous) variations to boot.

In a nutshell, the catchy tagline talks about how everything seems more fun in the country—made possible not necessarily by the numerous “fiestas” Filipinos celebrate all throughout the year in various parts of the country. Rather, it drives home the point of the Filipino traits that make life more special—even for a visiting tourist.

Did you know, however, that these same traits are what make Filipinos some of, if not the best offshore call center agents?

Their friendly nature, for instance, can be heard the moment they answer a call. A Filipino telephone rep never fails to answer with a cheery voice and a sunny disposition. It’s not a giddy type of happy, mind you, but a naturally cheerful and friendly demeanor that easily puts people at ease.

Moreover, the hospitable Filipino will always do all they can to attend to a need, even if they have to go out of their way to do so. Rest assured that your needs will be met, to the best of their abilities, of course.

Consider these pluses when looking to invest in a customer support call center . Because with customer care agents like these, customer service is truly “more fun in the Philippines”.

My guess is it’s a pretty small number. I recently taught an SAT prep course and I guarantee you better than 90% of the people who complain about the &#a2i0;f82lure of public schools” know far less about math than your typical high-school junior.

  2. Hey There. I found your blog using msn. This is an extremely well written article.
I will be sure to bookmark it and return to read more of your useful info.
Thanks for the post. I’ll certainly comeback.

  3. Hmm it looks like your site ate my first comment (it was
extremely long) so I guess I’ll just sum it up what
I submitted and say, I’m thoroughly enjoying your blog. I too am an aspiring blog blogger but I’m still new
to the whole thing. Do you have any tips and hints for rookie blog writers?

    I’d definitely appreciate it.

  4. I was wondering if you ever thought of changing the layout of your site? Its very well written; I love what youve got to say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having 1 or two pictures. Maybe you could space it out better?
